When will I receive my order?

All items are hand sewn and customized based on the customer. This will take Seth time to complete your order. He completes 4 bears a week and mails every Monday. You will receive an invoice once your payment has been received. You will also receive an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. When shipped you should receive your item within 1-3 business days.
